Renowned as a cerebral, studious person with a rare ability to spot and develop different areas around the community, Bob has had vital input into all areas affecting the community. Bob holds an economics degree from Makerere University and has also been awarded an honorary Counsellorship by the people in deferent comminuties. In 2001 he was voted councelor of the biggest division in Kampala and served for five years. .
